A pleasant-tasting blend of 12 herbs commonly used to soothe and relieve occasional or acute heartburn. This formula does help with indigestion, but is more specific to heartburn / acid reflux / GERD symptoms.
A little goes a long way, so start with only 1 drop and give it several minutes to work. It can be diluted in water or dropped directly on the tongue. Increase dose by a single drop until symptoms have eased, but rarely would more than 3 drops at a time be needed. May be repeated as often as needed.
While this blend is relatively safe during pregnancy, use no more than 2 drops every 2 hours. Stop use if cramps or any other abnormal symptoms begin.
If your heartburn is more severe, frequent, or chronic, and acid reflux has eroded some of the esophageal lining, you may want to consider Heartburn Xtreme instead. The taste is bitter and unpleasant, but there are an additional 17 herbs to help heal tissues as well as relieve heartburn.
