Non-homeopathic arnica like this tincture is for external use only; for soothing trauma of all kinds, and for reducing bruising, swelling, and pain both acute and chronic. Suggested uses: May be dropped into a birth tub, bath water, sitz bath, or poultice. A drop of tincture can be mixed with oil in the hands and massaged onto sprains or applied to bruises or shallow wounds.
