Ximenia essential oil organic

Ximenia oil is cold-pressed from the seed kernel of Ximenia americana, a small wild plum that grows in Zimbabwe and other parts of southern Africa. 

This is a very stable oil with a long shelf life. Properties of this light weight oil include: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, non-comedogenic (does not clog pores), deeply hydrating and moisturizing, very high in oleic acid, and contains ximenynic acid, all of which make it a wonderful emollient for skin care. It is used to soothe acne, scarred or blemished skin, and in anti-aging products.

Ximenia oil is used even more widely for its outstanding conditioning properties for hair both before and after shampooing, and to treat dandruff and dry scalp.
