Having a home birth was even better than I thought it would be. I had round the clock care and was able to do whatever made me comfortable. Lorri was wonderful. I felt that there was a trusting caring relationship that was not there with any OB I had previously seen. After a 34 hour birth with 5 hours of pushing, I had Kara Marie born May 25, 2010 at 7:03 am weighing 7lbs 15 oz and measuring 22 inches long.
