Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this tincture because it has tremendously helped my daughter. My 17 year daughter suffers from extreme cramping and she loses up to 3 pounds each month because she can't eat during the first part of her menses. We've tried several natural approaches but none had been effective and at times, she'll take midol to get her through the day. She normally cramps 3 days and her menses will last 6 days. With this tincture her cramps reduced to 2 days, were very mild and she could eat and move around. She also said that although her flow seemed to be a bit heavier, her period was shortened by 1 day. Her mood was much better and she didn't have as much bloating either. I think that as we keep this in regiment, her symptoms will continue to improve! As for me, I don't cramp, I just have water weight gain and horrible bloating and gas. When I felt the bloating and gas coming, I took 1 to 2 drops. Within 4-5 minutes, I began to feel so much relief. My stomach that swells so bad that it looks like I'm about 3 months pregnant, settled and went back to normal within 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind this is from 3-5 drops for my daughter and 1-2 drops for me, not a dropper full! We followed the directions posted with the tincture and it has been such a relief to us.
